Talent World Contest is the global event that brings together the talents selected by M ° Ermanno Croce and by M ° Carmela Moffa, in the world, thanks to the collaboration of the CID Members and the best schools of dance, singing and musical.

 

REGULATION TALENT WORLD CONTEST 25/27 SEPTEMBER 2020 SAN BENEDETTO DEL TRONTO ITALY

ART. 1. The Festival is open to the following Artistic Disciplines:

1) POP

2) UNPUBLISHED SONGS

3) RAP

4) FOLK SINGING

5) CLASSICAL DANCE

6) MODERN DANCE

7) NEOCLASSIC DANCE

8) CONTEMPORARY DANCE

9) HIP HOP

10) SPORTS DANCE

14) ORIENTAL DANCE
15) MEDITATIVE DANCE
16) SPIRITUAL DANCE

 

ART.2 The Categories of the Festival:

• For each discipline there will be the following age categories:

Under 6

- 7/9 years

- 10/13 years

- 14/17 years

- 18/21 years

- 22/27 years

– master ( where teachers of the schools can perform)

ART.3 Provisions:

A - Rules of the Singing Competition – Selection procedure:

The competition takes place making 1 different . The duration of the songs  cannot exceed 4 minutes. If this time is exceeded, the jury has the right to interrupt the performance of the competitor.    

B- Rules of the Dance Competition - Selection procedure: The competition takes place making 1 performance. The maximum duration of the piece: for choreographic groups of no more than 5 minutes, for a step at two 3 minutes, for solo 2 minutes and 30. If this time is exceeded, the jury has the right to interrupt the performance of the competitor.

C- Rules of the Musical Competition - Selection procedure: The competition takes place making 1 performance. The backing tracks cannot have choirs or second voices and there and will have available to sing up to 5 ear phones. The duration of the performance may not exceed 5 minutes. If this time is exceeded, the jury has the right to interrupt the performance of the competitor.

 

Art.4. How  to register for the Final: Only those students who have passed the selection process in their own country and are certified with a Gold Card, Silver Card or Bronze Card, with a maximum of 2 accompanying persons per participant, can enroll in the Final.

 

Art.5. The Cards:

Gold Card - Scholarship that allows access to the Final of Talent World Contest with hospitality from September 24th to 28th at a partner hotel, Master Classes and all the services attached to the Final. The winners represent the team of their Country.

The scholarship includes: - Hotel for 4 days from 3pm on the 24th to 9am on the 28th with 3 buffet meals a day, - round tables, cultural program. - International and teaching Master Classes with certificate issuing. - TV interview - Meeting with the International Jury Each participant must pay for his own travel expenses.

Silver Card - Scholarship that allows access to the Final of Talent World Contest with hospitality from September 24th to 28th at a partner hotel, Master Classes and all the services attached to the Final. The winners represent the team of their Country.  The scholarship includes: - Hotel for 4 days from 3pm on the 24th to 9am on the 28th with 3 buffet meals a day, - round tables, cultural program. - International and teaching Master Classes with certificate issuing. - TV interview - Meeting with the International Jury  Each participant must pay for his own travel expenses and the agreement has a fee of 320 euros per person and must be paid by bank transfer  to:

Bronze Card Scholarship that allows access to the Final with hospitality from September 24th to 28th at a partner hotel, Master Classes and all the services attached to the Final. The winners represent the team of their Country. - The scholarship includes: - Hotel for 4 days from 3pm on the 14th to 9am on the 18th with 3 buffet meals a day, - round tables, cultural program. - International and teaching Master Classes with certificate issuing. - TV interview  - Meeting with the International Jury Each participant must pay for his own travel expenses and the agreement has a fee of € 350 per person and must be paid by bank transfer  to:

ART.6 Accompanying persons: Each finalist can be accompanied by not more than 2 people, for whom the convention package includes: - Hotel for 4 days from 3pm on the 24th to 9am on the 28th with 3 buffet meals a day, - round tables, cultural program. - International and educational Master Classes - Each accompanying person must pay for his own travel expenses  and the agreement has a fee of € 350 per person and must be paid by bank transfer to:

Art.7 The Final The juries of the Event will offer  to each participant of the Contest a series of constructive criticisms after each performance.

Art 9. World Vision Broadcast The event will take place behind closed doors for television reasons, only those with badge issued by the organisation will be able to access.

 

Art.10. Evaluation criteria: • TECHNIQUE (from 1 to 10 points) - EXPRESSION (from 1 to 5 points) Repertoire (from 1 to 5 points) • The members of the organizing committee are not part of the jury and do not participate in the voting. • The jury does not have the right to publish the results of the competition before their official announcement. • Each member of the jury has one vote and participates in the discussion until the moment of collegial decision making. • The jury evaluates the performances of the competitors on the stage and makes its decision. • The jury awards the two phases of the competition for each completed category. • The jury does not take into consideration the economic, social, nationality or residence status of the competitors, but only their creativity, assessed on the basis of a level playing field according to the present regulation. • The results are calculated at the end of the two phases of the competition (the sum of the points). • The verdict of the jury is final and is not subject to discussion! The ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF THE EVENT in extraordinary cases has the right to veto the decision of the jury and can issue a decision in the interest of children, teachers and the competition in general.

 

Art. 11. Award ceremony • Several companies and sole proprietors can donate money to charity for the purpose of organization and running of the festival and to set up their own awards. • The communication of the results, the awarding and the gala concert will be held according to the program of the festival. • The award ceremony takes place in each category and in each age group (the first, the second, the third place, special prizes). • The prizes to be won: cups, certificates, gifts from the competition-festival partners. The Grand Prize is awarded in the following categories: Singing and Choreography. • The Grand Prize is awarded to one of the winners of the first place that collects the most votes from the jury, but not less than 51%. The jury can decide not to assign seats or the Grand Prix. • All participants of the competition receive a certificate of participation, information sheets and a souvenir. The masters also receive a diploma of recognition. • Every member of the international jury has the right to award his own special prize at his full discretion.

 

Art. 12  EXCLUSIVE VIDEO The video footage of the competition is carried out by the partner of the competition and by the TV studio. • Video footage of the competition day is allowed for private individuals, authorized to do so by the Organizing Committee. • Order and method of authorization are established by the Organizing Committee. Video and photo material • In the days of the competition any distribution of the materials is prohibited without prior agreement with the Directorate of the international festival movement. • any material delivered to the organization will not be returned and will be considered the property of EC STUDIOS PRODUCTIONS • All disputes are resolved by negotiation with the competition management.

 

Art. 13 General Rules Disruption of the order at the festival and infringements that result in damage to property or to the health of the people involve the following sanctions: - Any damage to the property will be repaired according to the account provided by the hotel or the THEATER. - Disruption of the order at the festival, infringement of the fire safety regulations entail elimination of the participant from the competition and communication of the event to the organization. ART. 14. The Artistic management reserves the right to modify the present regulation.
